Yamhill County jail reports

Aug. 27

Lee Emerson Gadberry, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, third-degree robbery, second-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked and released.

Nathan Lee Lopez, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear in court to face charges of unlawful delivery and possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Jereme David Park, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear in court to face charges of reckless burning and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Teresa Ann Whitesides, 34, of Dundee, was arrested for identity theft and second-degree forgery. She was booked and released.

Aug. 31

Christopher Shane Wright, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Sept. 1

Jesse James Pedigo, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Andrew James Pinneo, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Sept. 2

Tom Roy Gochenour, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree assault. Bail was set at $150,000 and the case remains open.

Leo Ellsworth Hood Jr., 64, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Nikole Tifany Brown, 23, of Dundee, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 3

Ricardo Palomar Aguirre, 57, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Alfonso Jesus Radilla, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and trespass. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Omar Amador Rivas-Ordaz, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a peace officer or parole and probation officer, and resisting arrest. He was booked and released.

Tessa Kay Morse, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawful possession of meth. She was booked and released and the case is pending.

Nikole Tifany Brown, 23, of Dundee, was arrested for punitive contempt of court, harassment, interfering with making a report, aggravated harassment, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, criminal attempt and interfering with a peace officer or parole and probation officer. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case is pending.

Brian Christopher Mecham, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving and DUII. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Sept. 5

Ana Carina Rivas Ordaz, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face charges of DUII and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 8

Michael Larry Joya Abraham, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. He was booked and released.

Sept. 10

Sage Morrison Taylor, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. He was booked and released.

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Edgewood Court, Trestle View Court, Villa Road, Fulton Street, Ninth Street in Dundee, Banner Lane, Morton Street, Jodi Court, 13th Avenue in Dundee, Everest Road and Brooke Drive.

• TVF&R personnel conducted an odor investigation on Heritage Way and Banner Lane.

Sept. 5

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Springridge Drive, Brutscher Street, College Street, River Street, Washington Street, Ironwood Drive, Terry's Lane and Bayley Road.

Sept. 6

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Haworth Avenue, Bayley Road, Main Street, Elliott Road, College Street and Blaine Street.

• TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire on Water Street and a burn complaint on Franklin Street.

Sept. 7

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Main Street, Brutscher Street, College Street, Elliott Road, Deborah Road, Ninth Street and Trestle View Court.

• TVF&R personnel responded to brush fires on Jaquith Road, Ninth Street, Bell Road, Mountain Home Road and Overlook Drive in Dundee, as well as residential fire on College and Meridian streets, a miscellaneous fire on Industrial Parkway and East Ninth Street, a residential fire on Adolf Road, a car fire on Sierra Vista Drive and a request for lift assistance on Libra Street.

Sept. 8

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on North Valley Road, Werth Boulevard, College Street, Knoll Drive, Burlington Drive, Elliott Road, College Street, Washington Street, Springridge Drive, First Street, Brutscher Street, Garfield Street and Hampton Lane.

• TVF&R personnel responded to miscellaneous fires on Wilsonville Road, Adolf Road, Neumann Lane and Nelson Road; brush fires on Buckhaven Road and McCormick Hill Road; a residential fire on Jaquith Road and a public assist on Little Oak Street.

Sept. 9

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Villa Road, College Street, Sherman Street, School Street, Portland Road and Brutscher Street.

Sept. 10

• TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Haworth Avenue, Aquarius Boulevard, Springbrook Road, Howard Street and College Street.
