TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint on Meridian Street and a commercial fire alarm on Warren and Powell Hill roads in Dundee.

TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Blaine Street, Andrew Street, Edwards Street, Portland Road, Home Acres Road, College Street and Elliott Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint on Arlington Drive and Melody Lane, a residential fire alarm on Thompson Lane and Conner Drive, and performed a public service on Hancock Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm on Main and Lincoln streets and a burn complaint on College Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to emergency medical calls on Fulton Street, Sheridan Street, Hayes Street, Haworth Avenue, Brutscher Street, First Street, Crestview Drive and Main Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Oak Meadows Loop, a residential fire on Church Street and Everest Road and burn complains on Big Fir Lane in Dundee and Sunny Acres Lane.

Jessica Lynn Vanway, 30, of Newberg, was cited and released for harassment.

Graffiti was reported at the Newberg Skate Park

A resident reported a theft from their vehicle in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

James Wyatt Smith, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for menacing and harassment.

Bryan Austin Guardiola, 23, of Portland, was cited and released for eluding a police officer, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) after a short vehicle pursuit in Newberg.

Dayton Kaelin Bott, 24, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested for conspiracy to elude a police officer, providing false information to a police officer and a warrant for rape.

A resident reported a fraud in the form of an online rental property scam.

Oscar Adrian Guzman, 28, of Newberg, was arrested again for first-degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Marcos Israel Gispert, 51, of Newberg, was cited and released for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Jimmy Ray Thomas Jr., 49, of Newberg, was cited and released for harassment.

Aaron Jay Napier, 41, of Gaston, was cited and released on a warrant.

Andrew Douglas Williams, 33, of Newberg, was cited and released for DUII.

Mazi Elizabeth Anne Blasingame, 20, of Newberg, was cited and released for reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and second-degree criminal mischief.

David Allen Minor, 56, of Newberg, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct .

Douglas Wayne Minor, 58, of Newberg, was cited and released for harassment.

Andre James Lowe, 32, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Yamhill County jail reports

Sept. 20

Christopher Scott Collins, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Sept. 21

Kimberly Lynn Hickmon, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. She was booked and released.

Sept. 22

Levi Edward Bolt, 31, of Dundee, was arrested for violating a no-contact order. Bail was set at $30,000 and the case remains open.

Patricio Dejesus Diaz, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Sept. 24

Kelly Diane Emerson, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree burglary, aggravated theft and aggravated identity theft. Bail was set at $40,000 and the case remains open.
