Oct. 1

Bonnie Sue Edwards-Henley, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. She was booked and released.

Mazi Elizabeth Anne Blasingame, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for first- and second-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked and released and the case is pending.

Jimmy Lee Windsor, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and harassment. Bail was set at $22,500 and the case remains open.

Oct. 2

Bruce Carlton McGuire, 40, of Newberg, was arrested on multiple counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and strangulation. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Brandon Wayne Palm, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of second-degree theft and interfering with a police or parole and probation officer. Bail was set at $3,500 and the case remains open.

Daniel James Sampietro, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (PCS). He was booked and released.

Oct. 3

Jesse Ralph Barkhurst, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Oct. 4

David Allen Minor, 56, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $12,500 and the case remains open.

Landre Farrell-Andrews, 32, of Dundee, was arrested on a hold from Lane County.

Oct. 5

Michael Glenn Barrera, 59, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Oct. 6

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for unlawful delivery of meth and PCS. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 9

Eric Eugene Smith, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was booked and released and the case is pending.

Oct. 10

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of meth and heroin and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Oct. 14

Jolene Lynn Boger, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. She was booked and released.

Troy Douglas Tompkins, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, interfering with a peace officer or parole and probation officer, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass. Menacing, reckless driving, identity theft, second-degree forgery, second-degree theft, felon in possession of body armor and first-degree criminal mischief, as well as for failure to appear and an arrest warrant. Bail was set at $29,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 15

Sean Case McGinley, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for telephone harassment. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 46, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Tabor Joseph Harrington, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged. He was booked and released.

Jonathan Gabriel Vandenbosch, 34, of Newberg, was transported to the Yamhill County jail in McMinnville for menacing.

Alejandra Lizeth Camacho-Martinez, 29, of Dayton, was cited and released for theft of services.

Jacob Michael Post, 27, of Newberg, was cited and released for theft of services and criminal trespass.

Antonio Baltazar Marroquin, 37, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Colby Dean Jungwirth, 26, of St. Paul, was cited and released for criminal trespass.

Alexander Steven Negron, 28, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Jada Lynn Marcum, 22, of McMinnville, was cited and released for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and theft.

Patrick Ryan Darnielle, 30, of Beaverton, was cited and released for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and theft.

Reese Harrison Saviers, 28, of Beaverton, was arrested on a probation violation.

Sean Michael Bavard, 29, of McMinnville was arrested on a probation violation.

Troy Douglas Tompkins, 57, address unknown, was arrested after fleeing from a traffic stop in his vehicle to avoid capture on several outstanding warrants, including weapons offenses. Tompkins was transported to jail on charges of felony eluding in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, menacing, interfering with a police officer, resisting arrest and criminal trespass.

Eugene Edward Scroggins, 70, of Newberg, was cited and released for criminal trespass.

Jorge Alberto Pina-Villanueva, 36, of Yamhill, was cited and released for second-degree theft.

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 31, of Newberg area, was transported to jail on outstanding warrants.
