Oct. 21

George McDaniel Hutchins, 40, of Salem, was transported to the jail for possession of controlled substances (PCS) and several outstanding warrants.

Logan Patrick Hutchinson, 20, of Newberg, was cited and released for second-degree theft.

Tallan Reece Knowshisgun, 22, of Newberg, was cited and released for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Nathan Quintin Hayden, 30, of Molalla, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Colby Dean Jungwirth, 27, of St. Paul, was cited for urinating in public a public place.

Jerry James Harker, 66, of Newberg was transported to the jail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempt to elude police, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Chad Lawrence Daggy, 47, of Portland, was cited and released for unlawful possession of heroin and second-degree criminal mischief.

Robert Francis Brown, 42, of Newberg, was cited and released for violation of a release agreement.

Andre James Lowe, 32, of Newberg was cited and released on a warrant.

Brandy Ann Thomas, 35, of Gresham, was cited and released for harassment.

Kathleen Anita Molsee, 38, of Newberg, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Julis Marie Rivera-Montalvo, 30, of Newberg, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Orlando Damien Medina, 31, of Newberg, was cited and released for fourth-degree assault.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 19

Michael Glenn Barrera, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Douglas Wayne Minor, 58, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. He was booked and released.

Carl Lee Wallace, 53, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to face charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief. He was transported to the Yamhill County jail in McMinnville and the case remains open.

Oct. 20

Jason Paul Davin, 42, of Dundee, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and heroin. He was booked and released.

Bianka Lenae Elizabeth Holmes, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, harassment and recklessly endangering another person. She was booked and released, and the case is pending.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical calls on Paren Springs Road, Oak Meadows Loops, Howard Street, Hulet Lane, Blaine Street, 10th Street in Dundee, Portland Road, Hayes Street, Williams Street and Elliott Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm on Arlington Drive, a natural gas leak on Parkview Drive and a lift assist on Camellia Street.

Oct. 17

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical calls on Elliott Road, Terrace Drive, Tulip Court, Little Oak Street, Haworth Avenue, Elliott Road, Chehalem Street, Sierra Vista Drive and Springbrook Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire on Briar Court, a residential fire alarm on Dolash Court, a burn complaint on Sierra Vista Drive and a public assist on Portland Road.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical calls on College Street, Elliott Road, Brooke Drive, Main Street, Burlington Drive, Holly Drive and Douglas Avenue.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical calls on Stephanie Court, Pecan Court, College Street, Elliott Road, Douglas Avenue, North Street, College Street, Streeds Lane, Hayes Street, Main street, Williams Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Crestview Drive and North Valley Road.

Oct. 21

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical calls on Laurel Drive, Washington Street, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street, Fulton Street, Oak Meadows Loop, First Street, Springbrook Road, Andrew Street and Wilkerson Way.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire on Center Street.

Oct. 22

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical calls on Lincoln Street, College Street, Crestview Drive, Fourth Street, James Street, Portland Road, Fifth Street Jacqui Court and Fifth Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to natural gas leak on Wynooski Street and a miscellaneous fire on Blaine Street.
