Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Wynooski Street, Blaine Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Highway 99W in Dundee, Frontier Lane and Elliott Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance on Brooke Drive.

Oct. 24

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Hughes Lane, Sheridan Street, College Street, Church Street and Burlington Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire on Burl Street and a miscellaneous fire on Dopp Road.

Oct. 25

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Elm Lane and Oak Meadows Loop.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire on Charles Street in Dundee, a miscellaneous fire on Vine Maple Drive in Dundee, and a residential fire alarm on Viewmont Drive in Dundee.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Second street, Brooke Drive, Elliott Road, Garfield Street, Dayton Avenue, Stone Road, Brutscher Street, Springbrook Road, Blaine Street, Hoskins Street and Cedar Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on Fulton Street and North Valley Road.

Oct. 27

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Sheridan Street, Brutscher Street and Trestle View Court.

Oct. 28

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Mission Drive, Paren Springs Road, Main Street and Werth Boulevard.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Brutscher Street and a brush fire on North Valley Road.

Oct. 29

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Haworth Avenue, Johnson Drive, Little Oak Street, Haworth Avenue, First Street in Dundee, Hayes Street, Alder Street and College Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a hazardous materials call on Haugen Road and a burn complaint on First Street.

Yamhill County jail reports

Oct. 23

William Clifford Hults Jr., 48, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He was booked and released.

Matthew Thomas Richey, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of heroin. No bail was set and he received undisclosed sentences on the charges.

Stephen Gregory Quintana, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Oct. 28

Jason Paul Davin, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of heroin and meth. Bail was set at $100,000 and the case remains open.

Zachary Dean Minor, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of heroin, failure to appear on a criminal citation, unlawful possession of meth and supplying contraband. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

Oct. 29

Jerry James Harker, 66, of Newberg, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass after he illegally accessed the secure parking area of the Newberg Public Safety Building.

Stephanie Diane Butler, 41, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Mosiah Sonney Seely Roberts, 25, of Corvallis, was cited and released for driving while suspended.

Nathaniel William Ullom, 22, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Symantha Maree Davidson, 30, of McMinnville, was cited and released for second-degree theft.

Louis Marcel Patterson, 37, of Amity, was cited and released for fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft and third-degree theft.

Melissa Nicole Oakes, 44, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Stephanie Benitez, 31, of Newberg, was lodged at jail for third-degree assault.

Miguel Angel Olivares Santos, 19, of Newberg, was cited and released on a warrant.

Christopher Alen Amedio, 24, of Newberg, was cited and released for first-degree theft.

Ricky Rolf Eagleton, 56, of Newberg, was cited and released for first-degree theft by deception.

Zachary Dean Minor, 28, of Newberg, was transported to the Yamhill County jail in McMinnville on a warrant.

Milton Breland Stough Jr., 36, of McMinnville, was cited and released for driving while suspended and a warrant.

Jason Paul Davin, 32, of Newberg, was transported to the jail on a warrant.

Elizabeth Nicole Beatty, 46, of Newberg, was cited and released for fourth-degree assault.

Robert Marion Long, 70, of Newberg, was cited and released for third-degree theft after being identified on social media as a suspect in a theft of a purse.
