Dec. 12

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 46, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Bail was set at $14,000 and the case remains open.

Luis Ernesto Avila, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, harassment and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $24,000 and the case remains open.

Tyler Daniel Suarez, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and strangulation. Bail was set at $12,500 and the case remains open.

Dec. 15

Matthew Henry Meinert, 49, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He received an undisclosed sentence and the case was closed.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on North Valley Road, Sitka Avenue, Sixth Street, 10th Street in Dundee, Elliott Road, Brutscher Street, Blume Lane, Rising Star Lane and Crawford Lane in Dundee.

TVF&R personnel responded to a request for lift assistance on Elliott Road.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel responded to medical first-aid calls on Gemini Street, Edgewood Court, Oak Meadows Loop, Haworth Avenue, College Street, Burlington Drive, Third Street, Hughes Lane and Meridian Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint on Fourth and Main streets and a commercial fire alarm on Fifth and Blaine streets.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire on Birdhaven Loop and lift assist on College Street and Home Acres Road.
