Yamhill County jail reports

Dec. 13

Micah Seth Garcia, 43, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation for DUII. Bail was set at $50,000 and the case remains open.

Dec. 14

Miguel Angel Olivarez Santos, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for strangulation. He received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Chase Henry Chenea, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for aggravated identity theft and first-degree theft. Bail was set at $17,500 and the case remains open.

Dec. 20

Brandon Jacob Weckel, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Dec. 21

Tessa Kay Morse, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear to face charges of DUII, unauthorized use of a vehicle, resisting arrest and giving false information to a police officer. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Michael Charles Anderson, 51, of Newberg, was arrested on warrants from Yamhill County Circuit Court for fourth-degree assault, harassment and punitive contempt of court. Bail was set at $125,000 and the case remains open.

Michael Todd Bailey, 34, of Dundee, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Delacy Kathryn Davis, 53, of Springfield, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended.

Kaeleb James Johnson-Hawney, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft.

Matthew Todd McCoy, 37, of Vancouver, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended.

Nathan Eugene Pierson, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Celia Parra-Pacheco, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree assault, DUII, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, unlawful use of weapon, second-degree criminal mischief and hit and run.

Jon Robert Hemmingsen, 46, residence unknown was arrested for violating a restraining order.

Alexandra T. Hans, 24, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant or citation.

Justin Dylan Predko, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Nicholas Jon Spencer, 31, of Gresham, was arrested on a fugitive warrant from another agency or state.

Terrah Monique Riblet, 25, of Dayton, was arrested for nonpayment of fines, restitution, costs.

Haylee Dawn Ward, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for nonpayment of fines, restitutions, costs.

Ryan Matthew Rhodes, 42, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Jessica Lynne Cartier, 35, of Willamina, was arrested for DUII.

Preston Reynolds Altimus, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear.
