July 15

Nicholas Ryan Roth, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a wildlife violation. He was booked and released.

Mario Parra Reyes, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and failure to carry and present a license. Bail was set at $20,000 and the case remains open. He was also ordered held on $10,000 bail by the Newberg Municipal Court.

David Earl Watkins, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

July 16

Stephany Loraine Hamel, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Spencer Neal Lockhart, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for assaulting a public safety officer, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment. No bail was set and the case remains open.

July 17

Ashley Marie Gilkey, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree theft. Bail was set at $15,000 and the case remains open.

July 19

Caleb Andrew Stevens, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree arson. He received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Chase Henry Chenea, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for first- and second-degree theft, identity theft, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, first-degree aggravated theft, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree forgery, initiating a false report and failure to appear on a criminal citation. No bail was set and the case is pending on all but the first-degree theft charges.

July 20

David Allen Minor, 58, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from municipal court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Daniel Christopher Lamme, 50, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. He received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

Brandon Kealli Akana, 40, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Shane William Cooper, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief.

Daniel Scott Dirks, 48, of Portland, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended, as well as fugitive warrants from another agency or state.

Elizabeth Ann Robertson, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Michael Allen Hollifield, 35, of Tigard, was arrested for first-degree theft and violating conditions of probation.

Brandon Christopher Haney, 45, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Jose Carlos Macuixtle Tentzohua, 27, of Newberg, was cited for failure to carry and present a license.
