July 28

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on North Street, Portland Road, Harrison Street, Little Oak Street, Haworth Avenue, Crestview Drive, Burl Street, Illinois Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road, Burlington Drive and Harrison Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Ken's Hill Lane and a miscellaneous fire on Canyon Lane.

July 29

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on Burlington Drive, Brutscher Street, Oak Meadows Loopp, Hayes Street, Elliott Road, Second Street, Fifth Street, Werth Boulevard, Herman Street, Foothills Drive and Natalie Drive.

July 30

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on North Street, Dopp Road, Vermillion Street, Burlington Drive, Sheridan Street, Conner Drive, Schaad Road, Creeekside Lane, Springbrook Road, Fourth Street, Corinne Drive, Natalie Drive, Fulton Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road, Highway 99W, Howard Street and Ardus Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to a request for public assistance at College Street and Burlington Drive.

July 31

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on Dayton Avenue, Edwards Street, Fulton Street, Prospect Drive, Dopp Road, Villa Road, Brutscher Street, Dayton Avenue, Werth Boulevard and Fox Farm Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a bark dust fire on Elliott Road and a miscellaneous fire on Main Street.

August 1

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on Oak Meadows Loop, Paren Springs Road, Werth Boulevard, Center Street, First Street, Brooke Drive, Fulton Street and North Street.

August 2

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on Maple Street in Dundee, Edwards Drive in Dundee, Blaine Street, Brutscher Street, Seventh Street, Elliott Road, Lincoln Street, First Street, Burling Street, College Street, North Street and Otter Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road.

August 3

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on Hyland Lane, Fifth Street, College Street, bypass, Little Oak Street, Elliott Road, Oak Meadows Loop, Hayes Street, Crestview Drive, Haworth Avenue, Brutscher Street, Elliott Road, Niederberger Road in Dundee, College Street, Morton Street and Knoll Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire on Roberts Lane.

August 4

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to emergency medical calls on Brutscher Street, Springbrook Road, Red Hills Road and Center Street.

Yamhill County Sheriff's Office reports

July 31

Tiana Marie Fournier, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Aug. 1

Chase Henry Chenea, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree theft. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Aug. 2

Crystal Ann Vela, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set and the case is pending.

Jason Allan Drake, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for DUII and reckless driving. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 3

Haylee Dawn Ward, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

Aug. 4

Codey Lee Cluver, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Kaeleb James Johnson Hawney, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Ky Ramsey Schaad, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court for violating a restraining order and for failure to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court to face charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $10,000 and the cases remain open.

Fredy Morales-De Jesus, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charges.
