Nov. 5

Cody Lee Cluver, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear in court to face a charge of second-degree theft. He was booked and released.

Nov. 7

Kyle Benjamin Richardson, 25, of Dundee, was arrested for third-degree escape, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of meth, criminal driving while suspended or revoked and a hold from Washington County. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Nov. 9

Rikki Nicole Murray, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for DUII and reckless driving. Bail was set at $2,500 and the case remains open.

Nov. 10

Adam Edward Wagner, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a charge of strangulation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

Anthony William Lecher, 34, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for failure to appear in court to face charges of giving false information to a peace officer, reckless burning, depositing lighted material on land or a highway and offensive littering. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Onesimo Jesus Giron, 34, of Forest Grove, was arrested for DUII.

Shawn Marie Reder, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment or other offensive contact, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Jeremy Dwayne Willis, 27, of Stayton, was arrested for second-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Bettina Lokelani Manibusan, 39, of Stayton, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.

Christopher Scott Nason, 55, of Newberg, was arrested for hit and run.

Phillip Miles Anderson, 32, of Portland, was arrested for eluding a police office, recklessly endangering another person, DUII, third-degree theft criminal driving while suspended, tampering with evidence, possession of a controlled substance and a fugitive warrant from another agency or state.

Reginald Julius Tachie, 43, of Tigard, was arrested for DUII.

Jerry Taga Atalig II, 29, of Salem, was arrested for attempt to commit crime, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Jorge Torres Alcantar, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII.

Rikki Nicole Murray, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant or citation.

Victor Mendoza-Ramos, 36, of Woodburn, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended.

Alonzo Vironche Escorza, 55, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree sexual abuse.

Mario Sales-Garcia, 34, of Woodburn, was cited for failure to carry and present a license.
