Sharron Elayne Kelley
Sharron Elayne Kelley passed away in her home July 11, 2019.
She was born in Portland OR. on August 11, 1939, to Starl and Thelma Warrington. As a child, Sharron loved to go fishing and camping with her family. Sharron Lived next to Grant Park and went to Grant High School with further education at the University of Mississippi.
Sharron and Larry Kelley were married on February 9, 1957.
Sharron served as Multnomah County Commissioner District 4 from 1989 to 2000 doing a remarkable amount of work with parks and sewers turning Oxbow Park and Blue Lake Park over to Metro. She also was Vice President of Larry Kelley Appliance, TV and Stereo for 13 years and later served with Metro and Multnomah County as County Commission District 4 for 11 years.
Sharron's siblings are Donna Simmons of Corbett and Nancy Naillon of Goldendale, WA.
Sharron had 4 children: Mark, Shannon, Stacy and Chris (Mark and Stacy are deceased) grandchildren Nicole, Grace, and Fiona.
A Celebration of life will be held Saturday August 3, 2019 from 3pm-5pm in the Sharron Kelley Conference Room at Multnomah Health Clinic, (2nd floor) 600 NE 8th St. Gresham, OR.
