Rosemary Taylor passed away on December 30, 2020 in Portland.
She was born September 15, 1925 in Hillsboro, to parents John and Agatha Borowski.
She met her husband, Robert Taylor, while working as an usherette at The Rio Theatre in Portland. They married June 30, 1945 at St. Stanislaus Church in Portland. Eventually making their home in Lake Oswego. Rosemary was a lifelong Oregonian and devout Catholic involved in many church activities. A devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother she always held her family close. She also loved dancing, sewing, baking, gardening and playing the piano.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert; son Wayne; and sister Julia DeBellis; and great granddaughter Mikayla Klum. She is survived by her children Diane Nahas, Barbara Carpenter (David), Julie Klum (Jim), Bob Taylor (Tammy), Rose Gilbert (Glen), and James Taylor (Mary). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
We wish to thank Cherry Blossom Cottage Assisted Living for their excellent care. A private funeral service was held at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
