Gary passed at his home in Gresham from cancer. A memorial service will be held at 1:00p.m., Saturday, March 20 at Gresham Memorial Chapel 257 SE Roberts Ave. Gresham, OR. He is survived by his wife; Jeanne, brother; Richard Mann, daughter; Tracey Bluhm, son; Thomas Mann, stepson; Bryan Westby, three granddaughters; Tanner and Stephanie Burns, Ronnie Mann, grandson; Max Mann. As well as many nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. Gary's stepdaughter Angela Westby Davis preceded him in death in 2009. Contributions suggested to the Sunshine Division or Randle Children's Hospital.
