Harvey Lysle Shook, 81, of Happy Valley died on Sept. 2.

He is survived by wife, Darlene; children, Debbie Carpenter and Danny Shook; grandchildren Katie (Dan) Carpenter Wagner and Kevin Carpenter; and great-grandson, Bruce Wagner.
