Bob Dailey, age 84, passed away at his home in Lake Oswego on February 8, 2022.
Bob loved his wife of nearly 62 years Marian, and his four daughters: Leslie Crowder, Denise Clancy, Carrie Lee and Marci Taylor. Bob also loved and enjoyed his five grandchildren Celeste, Alex, Dylan, Abby and Jeremy as well as his great-grandson Xavier.
Bob was born in DeWitt, Arkansas to Bonnie and Horace Dailey. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1955. Bob served in the Army followed by a long career in Sales. Bob and Marian moved to Lake Oswego in 1964 where they raised their four girls and were involved in the community.
Bob was a member of the Tualatin Valley Elks for 57 years. He enjoyed his role with the preparation of the annual Christmas baskets with donated toys from the Lake Oswego Fire Department.
Bob enjoyed the new friendships he made participating at the Adult Community Center and Meals on Wheels. In his neighborhood, Bob was affectionately known as "Mayor of 4th Street" for his fond memories of the local area over the years. Bob will be greatly missed.
