Dakota to Earl and Ella Stoltz on November 30, 1932. She lived in Grafton until they moved to Adams, North Dakota where the family resided until they returned to Grafton in 1942. She graduated from Grafton High School in 1950 and then worked at W.W. Reyleck Department Store for the next eight years. She married Donald Normand on November 14, 1957 and moved to Gresham, Oregon in 1964 with her husband and five children. She and Don were active in Cub Scouts, Gresham Little League and the Mt. Hood Snowmobile Club. Earline was employed at Boyd's Coffee for 30 years before retiring in 2004 when they moved to Boring, Oregon. She loved the ocean, gardening, canning and hosting family gatherings as well as attending family functions. She is survived by her sons Dale (Becky) of Troutdale, Wayne (Mary) of Gresham, Guy (Tami) of Gresham; daughter Joy (Mike) Childs of Troutdale, son-in-law Jay Winters of Umatilla; brother Earl Stoltz of Newport Beach, California; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Donald Normand, in 2014; daughter Lisa Winters and grandson Austin Winters.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 21 at 11:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1015 SE 182nd Avenue, Portland, Oregon, where she was a parishioner since 1964. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities, Children's Cancer Association or National Audubon Society
