March 28, 1923 - May 13, 2022 - Al was born in Camrose, Alberta Canada, where he joined the Canadian Army in 1942 until 1946.

SUBMITTED PHOTO - Alfred 'Al' QuattrocchiAl was born in Camrose, Alberta Canada, where he joined the Canadian Army in 1942 until 1946. While serving in England he met his wife, Jean. After the war they settled in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Al attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology where he earned his Master Painter degree. He served as a voluntary fireman for 4 years in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Al, his wife Jean and their children moved to California in 1965 where he became a Painting contractor.

Al was an avid golfer and was a board member of the Senior Golf Club in California. Upon retirement Al and Jean traveled through much of the US. They moved to Sherwood, Oregon in 2003 where he enjoyed the men's coffee club at the senior center. Al was an avid wooden toy maker for 35 years which he donated to various charities and was recently awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Sherwood for his contribution of thousands of handcrafted toys.

Al is survived by his wife jean of 75 years; daughters Linda, Janice, Deborah and Megan; 7 grandchildren; great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. To those who knew Al, please donate to your favorite charity.
