1946 - 2022 - Bonnie Cara Wright (Present) of Sherwood, Oregon passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 76.

SUBMITTED PHOTO - Bonnie Cara Wright (Present)Bonnie Cara Wright (Present) of Sherwood, Oregon passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 76. Bonnie was born August 7, 1946, in Newburgh, New York to Jack and Rose Present.

Bonnie began her aviation career in 1965 flying for Eastern Airlines. She went on to become the Supervisor of Flight Attendants at JFK International. She then met her husband, a pilot, Raymond "Buzz" Wright and was married at West Point in 1972. They relocated to Miami in 1973 and then to Boca Raton in 1980. When Eastern dissolved in 1989, she became a Flight Attendant for Pan Am. After Pan Am dissolved, she joined United Airlines in 1992 where she became an Emergency Procedures Instructor working out of Denver TK (United's training facility).

She retired in 2007 where she settled in Sherwood. Bonnie was a wonderful mother, partner, and loyal friend. She enjoyed being outside, gardening and sewing. She loved traveling as well as meeting and talking to new people. But mostly, she loved her two grandchildren, Gavin and Olivia Brown. She made sure that everyone in her presence felt and knew her love. She will be greatly missed.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Raymond "Buzz" Wright; her loving daughter, Samantha C.W. Brown; grandchildren, Gavin R. Brown and Olivia L. Brown, Son-in-Law Garrett L. Brown; loyal companion (her Westie), Fergus Wright. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen C. Wright; parents, Jack and Rose Present, brother, Glenn E. Present.
