August 8, 1952 - December 2, 2020: She established lifelong friendships and was always up for a phone call or writing a letter.

Patricia "Pat" Jean Anicker of Scappoose, Oregon passed away peacefully on the 2nd of December 2020, at the age of 68.

She was born August 8th of 1952 in Portland to Alfred Joseph and Norma Jean Jacober.

Pat was a longtime Scappoose area resident after growing up on Dixie Mountain and attending high school in Hillsboro, Oregon. She often spoke fondly of growing up in the country and truly enjoyed animals of all types but was most fond of horses, cats, and dogs. She could often be found with a good book in one hand, cup of tea in the other, and a cat or dog on her lap.

After many years of staying home as a homemaker and raising her children, Pat worked several jobs including at Roadrunner and OS Systems.

She established lifelong friendships and was always up for a phone call or writing a letter. Her closest friends and family knew that if her line was busy to just wait and she would be calling them soon.

Pat is survived by her children, Becky Anicker, Clyde Anicker, and Brian Anicker; grandchildren, Orion Stanley, Aurora Stanley, Benjamin Anicker, Wyatt Anicker, Kennedy Anicker; siblings Marry Herrod, Helen Hardesty, and Mareta Woods. Pat was preceded in death by both of her parents; her daughter, Audrey Anicker; and her brother, Wayne Jacober.

Pat will be laid to rest at Mt. View Cemetery on Dixie Mountain. Regretfully there will not be a service at this time due to COVID-19.

Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.columbiafh.com.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Columbia Funeral Home, 503-397-1154.
