Lorin Eugene Zastoupil: Lorin loved life, all animals and especially fly-fishing experiences with his brothers and friends.

Lorin Eugene ZastoupilLorin passed away after a brief illness related to pancreatic cancer. He was born in Silverton, the third son of Phillip and Jean Zastoupil. He grew up in the Woodburn area attending Woodburn schools. He graduated from Woodburn High School in 1972, and attended Chemeketa CC earning an associate degree in forestry. He then began work at IFA in Canby.

In 1976 he married Mary Alice Blake in the Macksburg Lutheran Church. Later he was transferred to IFA in Toledo, WA. (6 years) and Wautoma, Wisc. (6years). Then he and Mary Alice began managing the Whitewater ranch in Leaburg, Or. Lorin was predeceased by his parents and brother Dave. Surviving him is his wife Mary Alice and brother Ladd and Sue, their children Brian and Alissa and brother Dan and Sue and their children Laura, Liana and Nick.

Lorin loved life, all animals and especially fly-fishing experiences with his brothers and friends. He will be greatly missed as a devoted, beloved husband and great fishing partner. The many life experiences will never be forgotten. A memorial celebration will be held at the Whitewater Ranch on June 9, 2018.
