August 14, 1936~ January 14, 2022. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Julie passed away

CENTRAL OREGONIAN - Julie B. CoyleIn remembrance of Julie B. Coyle, who passed away at the age of 85, born August 14, 1936.

A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Julie passed away Friday, January 14, at 12:32 a.m., leaving behind her five children; Bob Coyle Jr., Mike Coyle, Julie Winitzky, Mark Coyle, and Bridget Sullivan; 11 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

The Coyle families were longtime residents of Crook County, moving to the area in 1966, and of whom many still reside in Central Oregon. Julie worked at Coin Millworks for many years prior to moving to Paulina, where she was head cook at Paulina School. She enjoyed working and looked forward to feeding the kids a healthy meal, and made many new friends in the area. They then returned to Prineville after Bob retired from Crook County Road Department and Julie retired from Paulina School.

She was a loving mother and wife, and had many close friends throughout Crook County, which she dearly loved and she will be deeply missed by many. She was well known for her cooking skills and always could make something — even when there wasn't much to work with. She had a wonderful sense of humor and could be quite sassy at times. She was always looking for someone to play games or work puzzles with, and she loved to play card games. Julie also loved to play Yahtzee and joke with you how she was going to beat you — and quite often she did.

She loved her family above everything, and she was loved deeply by her family and friends in return. Let's also not forget how much she loved her pets through the years, the last being her dog companion, Tommy, whom she leaves behind. They were great company for each other and he was always by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Bob Coyle Sr.

Love you always, you will be sorely missed and forever in our memories.
