Molly "Delores " Meadows passed away peacefully, at age 90, on June 12, 2022, in Redmond, Oregon. She was born in Liberal, Missouri on May 4, 1932, to Jesse and Maeme May McMinn, the sixth of eight children. She spent her childhood in Missouri and Oklahoma. She married John Meadows at age 15. They worked various jobs, working their way to California and finally, Oregon. She raised four children, Belinda, Dianna, Donna and Mike.

She loved to garden and spend time in her yard. She had beautiful flowers and an immaculate home. She was devoted to her family and loved family gatherings. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, for which she spent many hours decorating. Her Christmas light display at the Powell Butte home was enjoyed by many. She was famous for the wreaths and peanut brittle she made for family, friends and the Powell Butte Community Church's Lord's Acre Sale.

Delores is survived by her children, Belinda (David) Dahill, Dianna (Rod) McClain, Donna (Dick) Larson and Mike (Lori) Meadows; a sister, June Denison; 12 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Paul, JT, Joe and David McMinn; sisters, Louise McMinn, Pauline Tipton and Thelma Galliger; her former husband, John; and an infant daughter, Pamela.

A Celebration of Life and family gathering will take place on June 25 at her son Mike's home in Prineville. Grandma Meadows, as she was affectionately known, will be dearly missed.
