Clackamas Community College gallery to host artist Tom O'Day's work Jan. 6-Feb. 7

Clackamas Community College will host the work of artist Tom O'Day from Jan. 6-Feb. 7 in an exhibit that explores the chaos and organization of artistic materials, along with the organization, installation, exhibition, storage and destruction of artwork.

COURTEST PHOTO - A mixed-media piece from an Oregon City exhibit titled 'this is from that' explores the artistic process from inspiration, execution and finally decay. The exhibit titled "this is from that" explores the artistic process from idea to creation and finally decay. O'Day, a Washington state artist and educator, has been supported by the Artist Trust and exhibited throughout the western United States.

O'Day's exhibit will be shown from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Alexander Gallery, in the Niemeyer Center on the college's Oregon City campus, 19600 Molalla Ave.

This exhibition is free and open to the public.
