Flat roofs pose a particularly big challenge when it comes to repairing leaks. Locating the source of the leak can be difficult. Every roof leak is unique and presents itself in different ways. On a flat roof, the ways water runs is less predictable than on a pitched roof. Sometimes the damage is clearly visible at the surface, while other times finding the source of the problem is more challenging to the

untrained eye.

Silicone is a great alternative to replacing your roof. Silicone can be used in a trowel grade for repairs and as a roll on coating to recoat old roofs that don't previously have a coating. Once silicone is on a roof, you CANNOT coat over it with anything even silicone. You get one chance to do it right the first time. Coatings can give a 10 year additional life as long as the original roof isn't falling apart, crumbling, blistering, or failing in any way.

If you would like to avoid a roof replacement, our silicone

roof coating comes with a 10-year material warranty.

Pacific West Roofing offers a 10 year material and labor

warranty. And due to its eco-friendly properties, application can help you earn tax credits.

The life expectancy of your flat roof can often be tied to

how well it has been maintained. If your flat roof is

leaking or otherwise needs attention contact us as soon

as possible, and we will immediately assess your needs.
