LaMarcus Aldridge led the way for the Blazers with 32 points and 18 rebounds, and Damian Lillard had 20 of his 28 points in the first half.

Cleveland led 94-93 with 3:44 left, and the teams were tied at 96-96 before Portland pulled away in a stretch of nine consecutive Aldridge points.

The Blazers have won three in a row.
