Keith Heyward (age 38)

The University of Oregon safeties coach will be entering his second season with the football program. He grew up in Woodland Hills, Calif.

Matt Boyd (age 27)

The 6-3 left-hander from Bellevue, Wash., went from Oregon State to the minor leagues for three years and has pitched in MLB since 2015, first with Toronto and now with the Detroit Tigers.

Paul Gaustad (age 36)

The Portland Winterhawks' assistant coach/player development grew up in Portland and came through the Junior Winterhawks program before starring for the Western Hockey League team and playing 11 NHL seasons, with Buffalo and Nashville.
