Beavers pound Ducks for sweep

• The Beavers dominated the third and final game of their Pac-12 series.
OSU also won 2-1 Friday and 5-2 Thursday.
The Beavers, ranked as high as sixth nationally this week, improved to 29-6, 10-5 Pac-12.
Oregon is 19-18, 6-12.
Trevor Larnach's three-run home run in the first inning and Michael Gretler's two-run HR in the third ignited the Beavers, who had 10 hits in the first three innings before a record crowd of 3,800 (surpassing the 3,760 on Friday).
Tyler Malone also homered for the home team — his fifth consecutive game with a homer.
Every OSU starter in the batting order had at least one hit. Adley Rutschman, Steven Kwan and Malone had three apiece.
Grant Gambrell (5-1) worked the first 5 1/3 innings, allowing five hits and two runs.
Portland 2, LOYOLA MARYMOUNT 1
• The Pilots clinched a series victory, their first at LMU since 2011.
Starter Corbin Powers (4-4) gave up one run on six hits over 6 2/3 innings, and Tate Budnick earned his first save of the season.
Daniel Lopez and Cody Hawken each had an RBI double in the top of the fourth inning.
The Lions scored in the bottom of the fourth.
Portland 15-22 overall and 8-9 in the West Coast Conference.
LMU is 17-22, 10-7 WCC.
The Pilots won Friday's series opener 6-1 behind freshman Eli Morse's complete game.
The third and final matchup is 1 p.m. Sunday.

MONTANA STATE BILLINGS 7, Concordia 6
• Great Northwest Athletic Conference-leading MSU Billings held off a Concordia rally to win Game 2 and make it a four-game sweep of the visiting Cavaliers.
The Yellowjackets won the first two games of the series on Friday, 16-0 and 7-6.
MSU Billings led 6-1 through four innings of Saturday's nightcap. Concordia got one run in the fifth and four in the sixth.
Concordia fell to 14-17 in the GNAC and 15-26 overall.
MSU Billings is 25-7 GNAC, 26-12.
