Ducks claim No. 1 seed
• Oregon is the No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.
The outright Pac-12 champions will play host to a regional at Jane Sanders Stadium, Thursday through Saturday.
Oregon (47-7) will open against Albany (32-14) at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
The other game in Eugene that day will pit BYU (35-20) against Drake (43-10).
Oregon State (28-26) got into the Tuscalooosa (Alabama) regional, Friday through Sunday.
The Beavers will meet Wisconsin (28-21) in the first round. The other game is host Alabama (33-18), No. 12-seeded overall, against Middle Tennessee (39-20).
The Pac-12 had seven teams picked for the 64-team postseason. The SEC led the way with 13 entrants.
UCLA is the No. 3 overall seed. The Bruins (50-4) will be at home in the Los Angeles regional, Friday-Sunday, and open against the Big Sky's Sacramento State (31-18).
Washington (44-8) is the No. 5 seed and playing host to a regional. Arizona State (43-11) is No. 8 and playing a regional at home in Tempe. The Arizona Wildcats (40-14) are seeded 14th and hosting a regional in Tucson.
The No. 2 seed is Florida (50-8).
The super regionals will be played May 24-27 on eight campus sites, with eight best-of-three matchups.
The eight winners advance to the Women's College World Series, May 31-June 5 or 6 at Oklahoma City.
