With Aleah Goodman providing the outside shooting to replace injured guard Kat Tudor, OSU was able to win handily in Los Angeles.
Goodman, a sophomore from La Salle Prep, finished with 17 points off the bench. She hit 6 of 10 from the field, making 5 of 7 from beyond the arc.
Mikayla Pivec led OSU with 21 points. Maddie Washington had 19 points.
The 10th-ranked Beavers improved to 14-2 overall and 4-0 in the Pac-12.
USC dropped to 10-6, 0-5.
The Beavers led 19-13 after one quarter and 34-29 at the half, with Goodman 5 of 8 from the field (4 of 5 on 3's) and with 14 points.
Oregon State outscored the Trojans 24-7 in the third quarter.
Oregon 72, UCLA 52
No. 5 Oregon led all the way at Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.
The Ducks raised their season record to 15-1 and climbed to 4-0 in conference play.
The Bruins went to 9-8, 2-3.
Ruthy Hebard (19 points, 18 rebounds), Satou Sabally (19 points, 11 rebounds), Sabrina Ionescu (14 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists) and Maite Cazorla (13 points) were the catalysts.
Oregon shot 50 percent from the field to UCLA's 26.3 percent to take a 19-11 lead.
Hebard had nine points and 12 rebounds in the first half, which ended with UO on top 32-21.
Going into the fourth quarter, the Ducs enjoyed a 57-42 advantage, with Hebard and Sabally each at 17 points and Hebard with 14 rebounds.
The lead grew to 72-44 with 3:40 to go, with Cazorla hitting back-to-back 3-pointers.
UCLA finished at 35.0 percent from the field, while the Ducks made 44.3 percent, including 8 of 20 attempts from 3-point distance.

OREGON 81, Southern Cal 60
The Ducks bounced back from their colossal collapse against UCLA to win going away at Matthew Knight Arena on Sunday night.
Louis King and Paul White of UO shared game scoring honors with 19 points apiece, and the Ducks hit 55.8 percent from the field. King added game highs of eight rebounds (tying Bennie Boatwright of USC) and six assists.
The Ducks improved to 10-6 for the season and 1-2 in Pac-12 games.
The Trojans fell to 9-8, 2-2.
Oregon led by as many as 15 points in the first half and went to intermission leading 36-28, thanks in good part to 14 points by both White and King.
The Ducks finished 13 of 24 from 3-point range, with seven players getting at least one 3-pointer.
OREGON STATE 79, UCLA 66
Oregon State won its fourth overall game in a row and improved to 7-2 at Gill Coliseum.
Ethan Thompson and Stephen Thompson Jr. each had 17 points, six rebounds and six assists for OSU.
Beavers center Kylor Kelley had 14 points, going 6 of 6 from the field, and blocked five shots.
Tres Tinkle (14 points, six rebounds, six assists) and Alfred Hollins (11 points) also were part of a balanced attack.
The Beavers are 11-4 overall and 3-0 in the Pac-12.
The Bruins are 10-7, 3-2.
OSU led 32-26 at the half, never trailing and in front by as many as nine points.
