Three solo homers and Yoan Moncada's big night power Chicago past Seattle; Yusei Kikuchi roughed up again

MONCADASolo homers by Jose Abreu, Eloy Jimenez and Adam Engel and three hits by Yoan Moncada powered the Chicago White Sox to a 9-7 win at Seattle at T-Mobile Park on Friday night.

Moncada went 3 for 4 with four RBIs and a run scored.

The White Sox had 15 hits.

Omar Narvaez had three hits for the Mariners.

Seattle starter Yusei Kikuchi gave up 10 hits and five runs in 2 1/3 innings.

The Mariners (60-87) and White Sox (65-82) play again at 6 p.m. Saturday. Felix Hernandez (1-6, 6.96) pitches for Seattle opposite Dylan Cease (3-7, 6.53).
