Damian Lillard's three-point play with 26 seconds left lifted the Portland Trail Blazers to a 111-110 win on Monday at Phoenix.
With the Suns up two, Lillard drove down the lane and scored while colliding with Aaron Baynes. The foul was called against Baynes and Lillard made the go-ahead free throw.
Ricky Rubio missed a 3-pointer with the clock running out and Lillard grabbed the rebound to secure their sixth road victory of the season.
CJ McCollum had 30 points on 11 of 20 shooting including 3 of 7 3-pointers. He had six assists and seven rebounds.
Lillard, who had early foul trouble and a quiet first half, finished with 27 points.
All five starters reached double figures as Portland got only 10 points from its bench. Carmelo Anthony had 23 points, eight rebounds and three blocked shots, Hassan Whiteside had 10 points, 14 rebounds and three blocked shots and Bazemore had 11 points and three steals.
Six players scored in double figures for the Suns, led by 24 points from Kelly Oubre Jr.
The Suns led by as many as 16 in the first half and were up eight at halftime.
A 31-21 third-quarter advantage gave Portland the upper hand and the Blazers nursed a small lead for much of the fourth quarter.
After a couple of video reviews went the way of the Suns, Kelly Oubre Jr drained a 3-pointer from the corner and was fouled by Kent Bazemore. The four-point play put the Suns ahead 110-108 with 32 seconds left.
But Lillard had the answer as Portland won its 11th in a row over the Suns, including five in a row at Phoenix.
The Blazers play four home games over six days starting with a 7 p.m. Wednesday matchup with Golden State at Moda Center.
