Kerry Eggers on Sports: A look at the depth chart and set-up for Beavers' practices

After discussions with Oregon State football coach Jonathan Smith, offensive coordinator Brian Lindgren and defensive coordinator Tim Tibesar, here's a projected two- and three-deep heading into the first day of spring practice on March 3. Linebacker Addison Gumbs and defensive end Jeromy Reichner, who will miss the spring following ACL knee surgery, aren't included.

Oregon State also is waiting on the result of appeals for eligibility next season for defensive tackle Charles Moore, running back Trey Lowe and receiver Tre'Shaun Harrison.

The "Beaver Combine" is Friday, and Oregon State's players are put through drills as are done at the NFL Combine ... Among the players who will be limited or have no participation in the early portion of spring ball are center Nate Eldridge (hamstring), cornerback Isaiah Dunn (groin), defensive linemen Jordan Whittley (knee) and Charles Moore (upper body) and linebackers Andrzej Hughes-Murray (foot) and Hamilcar Rashed (hand) ...
