Noah Vonleh is becoming a more significant piece for the Trail Blazers.

Portland is 9-3 in March, and the 21-year-old power forward in his third NBA season has averaged 6.5 points and 7.3 rebounds and shot 54% from the field in the month.

Star guard Damian Lillard also notes that Vonleh has been a key on defense, even against the likes of Milwaukee Bucks All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo.

"The way he's come on has been the difference in us putting this run together," Lillard says.

With the 6-10 Vonleh and 7-0 Jusuf Nurkic paired in the frontcourt, the Blazers have outscored opponents by 56 points in 240 minutes.

"I'm just doing what I've got to do," Vonleh says (now with the Denver Nuggets).
