The teams play in San Francisco, and not Seattle, and three home runs leads to win

BELTIn a game that was moved from Seattle to San Francisco because of air quality, the Giants roughed up the Mariners, winning 9-3 Wednesday at Oracle Park.

Brandon Belt, Evan Longoria and Brandon Crawford hit homers for the Giants (24-24). Belt's homer was a two-run shot.

Crawford and Alex Dickerson had three hits each.

The Giants led 8-0 after four innings. They had eight hits and five runs off Ljay Newsome in the first three innings.

The Mariners (22-27) and Giants play at 1:10 p.m. Thursday. Nick Margevicius pitches for Seattle opposite Tyler Anderson (the ex-Oregon Ducks pitcher).
