The skinny: Playing against one of the worst teams in the NBA, the Trail Blazers won and Enes Kanter set a franchise record Saturday at Moda Center.
Portland easily dispatched of the Detroit Pistons, 118-103, and Kanter grabbed 30 rebounds to set a new franchise record. Kanter had 18 defensive rebounds and 12 offensive rebounds, and also had 24 points.
Damian Lilliard had 27 points and CJ McCollum 26 for the Trail Blazers (31-21). Lillard also had 10 assists.
Josh Jackson had 21 points for Detroit (16-37).
Next up: Portland plays Miami at 7 p.m. Sunday at Moda Center.
