Portland starts fast to pick up its fourth win on a six-game road trip, 114-105.

CJ McCollumThe Portland Trail Blazers hurried to a quick lead, then held off a late push from the Raptors in a 114-105 win at Toronto on Sunday, Jan. 23.

The Blazers won four of six games on their six-game road trip and are 20-26, 10th place in the NBA's Western Conference.

CJ McCollum had 19 points, 10 rebounds and five assists and Anfernee Simons and Nassir Little also scored 19 for the Blazers.

Portland shot 53% from the floor, including 56.3% on 3-pointers (18 of 32). Ben McLemore hit 5 of 7 3s and scored 17 off the Blazers' bench.

The 3-point shooting started early with Little draining two and McCollum and Simons one apiece as the Blazers rushed to a 16-4 lead. Portland led 33-15 after one quarter and 64-34 at halftime.

Toronto (22-22) rallied to within four with 1:24 left in the game before two Simons 3s sealed the win.

Portland now is 6-15 on the road after winning just two of its first 15 away from Moda Center.

Pascal Siakam led Toronto with 28 points, Fred VanVleet added 19 points and former Blazer Gary Trent Jr. had 13 points. Former Oregon Duck Chris Boucher had 11 points off the bench for the Raptors.

The Blazers return home for games Tuesday against Minnesota and Wednesday against Dallas.
