The Clackamas girls got off to a hot-shooting start and never looked back in a 66-52 win over Westview in the second round of the 6A basketball playoffs Saturday afternoon.

The Cavaliers worked their way to an early 11-4 lead after Brianna Phiakhamngon hit a 3-pointer from the left side, and 6-foot-3 center Ciara James connected on a 10-foot turnaround in the lane. Alyson Miura swished another 3 from the top of the arc, the team's fourth long ball of the quarter, to put Clackamas up 10 at the end of the first.

By the time Madeline Oakden sank another deep ball midway through the second quarter all five Cavalier starters had registered multiple buckets.
