Cascade AIDS Project is moving to a new location this summer.

Beginning July 1, the state’s largest HIV and AIDS service organization will open its new office at 520 N.W. Davis St.

“Over our 30 year history, CAP has grown considerably — from a two-person staff to more than 65 employees, from a budget of $100,000 to nearly $7 million,” says Executive Director Tyler TerMeer. “Signing this 10-year lease shows our commitment to remaining a vibrant part of the downtown community.”

Cascade AIDS Project says its new service center will have expanded hours so clients will have more opportunity to access vital services.

The group’s HIV and sexually transmitted disease testing and wellness center for gay, bisexual and transgender people, Pivot, will remain at 209 S.W. Fourth Ave.
