To celebrate National Bike Month, Adaptive BikeTown rentals will provide 90 minutes of free rides for some riders.

To celebrate National Bike Month, Adaptive BikeTown rentals will provide 90 minutes of free rides from May 9 to May 19 for people who qualify for a TriMet Honored Citizen pass.

This is the third year for Adaptive Biketown. It is operated by Kerr Bikes, part of the nonprofit Albertina Kerr, which provides services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

Adaptive Biketown will be at each Sunday Parkways this year, with different adaptive bikes, beginning May 19 in Southeast Portland.
