The Portland Police Bureau has released a sketch of a man who is suspected of exposing himself to several victims in Northeast Portland.

by: PORTLAND POLICE BUREAU - Recent reports indicate the suspected flasher has some type of cloth or boxer shorts covering the lower half of his face, as is shown here in this police sketch.The suspect has been described as a white male, 20 to 40 years old, 5'9" to 5'10" tall, 170 to 185 pounds, medium to heavy build, dark brown hair, scruffy face, wearing a white t-shirt, blue or green boxer shorts, and dirty old running shoes. Some reports indicate the suspect has had some type of cloth or boxer shorts covering the lower half of his face, which is what is reflected in the forensic sketch.

In one incident, a possible suspect vehicle was reported to be a gray to gold to brown larger American sedan.

North Precinct officers are actively investigating these incidents and are providing extra patrol to the neighborhood. A North Precinct Sergeant worked with some witnesses to develop the suspect sketch.

Area residents are asked to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately. Additionally, if any residents in the area of this incident have residential surveillance cameras, investigators are asking them to check recordings for any possible images of the suspect.
