Three people were arrested early Friday as part of an ongoing investigation into white supremacist gang drug dealing and firearms trafficking.

The arrests happened when search warrants were served on two Portland locations at approximately 4:30 a.m. on May 23 by the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit and Portland Police Bureau Street Crimes, assisted by PPB's Special Emergency Reaction Team, Washington County TNT and MCSO's Warrant Strike Team.

The warrants were served at residences at 8233 and 8234 E. Burnside St.

The searches also resulted in the seizure of nine handguns, two rifles, $1500 cash, methamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy and over 75 marijuana plants.

Those arrested and their charges are: Ryan Darby, 23, parole violation; Dustin Silva, 25, parole violation; Shanan Queen, 47, manufacture of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, delivery for consideration of methamphetamine, felon in possession of Firearm.

Three other individuals interviewed were identified as juveniles and were placed in protective custody with the state Department of Human Services. Another individual was interviewed and released at the scene.

The investigation is continuing and additional charges are expected to be added.
