KOIN 6 NEWS - High winds knocked scaffolding off this building at SW 4th and Washington in Portland. No one was injured, Portland was especially hard hit by the weekend's rain and wind storm.

A woman was rushed to OHSU with traumatic injuries after a tree fell on her car near Southwest Park Avenue and Market Street. It also disrupted the North-South Portland Streetcar line.

In addition, high winds knocked scaffolding off this building at Southwest 4th and Washington, although no one was injured. Large trees also fell throughout the city, closing Southeast Cesar Chavez Boulevard between East Burnside and Glisan and caused other travel problems.

Numerous bus lines also experienced problems because of street light problems caused by downed power lines.

And a mudslide went across the 500 block of Northwest Marlboroug and into the garage of a home Sunday morning.

KOIN 6 Chief Meteorologist Kristen Van Dyke said the heavy rain will continue off and on Sunday. Some areas have already received over 3 inches of rain and flooding of small creeks and streams could be an issue.
