According to police, at 1:01 a.m. on Nov. 1, North Precinct officers responded to North Lombard Street and Peninsular Avenue on the report of a single vehicle crash into a power pole.

Officers and medical personnel arrived and located the crashed green 1999 Ford Explorer on the northwest corner of the intersection with the driver still in the vehicle.
