The Portland Women's March Saturday drew tens of thousands of protesters to Tom McCall Waterfront Park. There, a string of speakers fired up the crowd prior to a planned march through downtown streets. Unlike the previous night's protest of President Donald Trump, which ended with Portland Police using flash bang grenades and tear gas on protesters, Saturday's events had a carnival atmospher full of smiles.
