A woman was injured Friday morning in a Northwest Portland shooting.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, suffered a leg injury and was expected to survive, according to Portland police. Her name has not been released. No suspect has been found.
Police said the shooting happened at about 11:32 a.m., Jan. 12, in the 2200 block of West Burnside Street.
Central Precinct officers searched the area for the suspect, described as a thin African-American man in his 20s wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants and red underwear.
