Police identify homicide victim found near Goodwill
Detectives continue to investigate the death of a man found outside a Goodwill store in the Hazelwood neighborhood.
Police found the man "unconscious and not breathing" around 10:46 a.m. on Friday, June 29 in the 12200 block of Northeast Wasco Street, according to a news release.
On Monday, he was identified as 44-year-old Kenneth Lamont Coleman, a longtime Portland resident and father of two.
Police say Coleman died of "homicidal violence."
His body was found outside the building on the property of the Goodwill that fronts Northeast Halsey Street.
