Customs and Border Protection officers took the 31-year-old Houston man into custody Friday, July 6, after he stepped off a flight from Japan.

ABDULLAHOfficers with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection arrested Friday a 31-year-old man wanted for murder in Houston.

Naim Muhammad Abdullah, a U.S. citizen, was taken into custody July 6 on a warrant for a murder charge in Harris County, Texas, when he arrived at Portland International Airport on a flight from Japan. He is being held in Portland until he can be extradited to Texas.
