Patrick Kenneth Plamondon, 31, was arrested around 3:06 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 8. He was released later in the day, according to jail records.

According to a news release, North Precinct officers responded to reports of a break-in at a building on the 9200 block of North Whitaker Road.

Police say the suspect tripped a security alarm. Officers and a K9 team responded and apparently found the man hiding in an attic "crawl space."

Plamondon is facing charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

Plamondon has no home address listed in court records. He does not appear to have a prior criminal record in Oregon.
