PPB: Stabbing reported on Terwilliger Boulevard
Portland Police Bureau officers are investigating a stabbing that injured an adult man in Southwest Portland.
Central Precinct officers responded around 7:37 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30 following reports of "someone shot" near Southwest Capitol Highway and Terwilliger Boulevard, according to a news release.
Office arrived in the area and found the man had been stabbed, not shot. "There is no evidence of a shooting related to this incident," police say.
Police say the man was transported by ambulance to the hospital for treatment of injuries. His condition was said to be unknown.
