The victims are identified as Ana E. Moreno Hernandez, 19, and her sister Kaylee D. Moreno Hernandez, 15.
In a statement, De La Salle North Catholic High School announced that Ana had graduated from the school in 2018. Her sister, Kaylee, was a ninth grader at Central Catholic High School.

Authorities report that the other driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. That driver has since been released and was not cited. North Greeley is open to all traffic.
This is the 30th traffic incident investigated by the Portland Police Bureau major crash team in 2019.
